Congratulations!
When I was I girl, I was quite inspired by a book authored by a Welshman (I believe), something like, "The Complete Hiker's Guide". The cover illustration laid out much of his kit.
Wow -- to be so free as to survive with what is on your back, alone. I still love that idea.
